The V7 System is the result of some remarkable research and development by Kotobuki Engineering & Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (KEMCO) in Japan, that adds a new dimension to the production of high quality, consistent aggregates for use in the construction industry.
Kemco's main object has been to improve the viability of manufactured sand, in the face of dwindling supplies from traditional sources such as land-based sand pits and dredging of marine and river deposits.
In these pages you will find an innovative solution ( Introductory Article) to the problems of making construction sand from quarried rock. Crusher dust, often a surplus quarry product, can now be turned into high quality sand of ideal grading and particle shape by the V7 Sand Manufacturing Plant.

The V-SEPA is a Max. 4 deck integrated "screen" & "de-dusting" machine, capable of classifying course aggregate, fine aggregate and filler. While operating as an environmentally friendly, dust free & compact (up to 1/3 the size) unit, the V-SEPA produces 2.5 to 3 times the efficiency (subsequent to de-dusting by dust collector) of other conventional screens by "air washing" residual micro fines of passing particles.

Dramatically Reduce Cost and CO2 Emissions with Kemco’s New Centrifugal Concept for Drying Calcium Carbonate |
Kotobuki Engineering & Manufacturing Co. Ltd, introduces us to the WITMAN. A centrifugal dryer capable of replacing the traditional Kiln during the drying process of Calcium Carbonate. |

Running on a 15KW electrical motor, the WITMAN will reduce a Calcium Carbonate feed (recommended top size <10mm) with 15% moisture content down to <1.2%, by use of centrifugal force (further reductions are also possible with the use of the heat inlet), generating zero CO2 emissions and dramatic savings in both initial and running costs.
